Sweet Lime Chutney

Probably unlike any chutney you've ever tasted. Initially there's the slight bitterness of the rind and then the sweetness accompanied by a strong flavour of lime. Delicious with chicken, fish, cheese or curries. Try it in a sandwich with watercress and roast turkey or chicken.

Ingredients:
Limes, vinegar, sunflower oil, ginger, garlic, sugar, salt, curry leaves.
