Lime Pickle

Lime pickle is perhaps the best known of the Indian style pickles in the UK, as it is almost always served in Indian restaurants. In this form, it is usually quite hot, but this is not essential. Milder versions are equally delicious.

Ingredients:
Limes, vinegar, sunflower oil, ginger, garlic, sugar, spices, salt, curry leaves.
