All our products are prepared and cooked by hand using only the finest available natural ingredients and are free from artificial preservatives, flavouring and colouring. They are naturally preserved and DO NOT need to be refrigerated once opened. Occasionally the colour of the sauces might change over a period of time, but the product itself and the flavour should remain in perfect condition almost indefinitely. They have a very long shelf life, often way beyond the best before date.
