All our products are prepared and cooked by hand using only the finest available natural ingredients and are free from artificial preservatives, flavouring and colouring. They are naturally preserved and DO NOT need to be refrigerated once opened. Serve them using clean, dry utensils to avoid contamination and they should remain in perfect condition almost indefinitely. Although the products can be eaten immediately, they improve with age and have a very long shelf life, often way beyond the best before date.
