Hot Chilli Pickle


Birds Eye chillies are slim and green, usually five to seven centimeters long. They can vary in "heat" but I use the hottest available. We make two versions of this pickle. Smooth, in which the chillies are blended and the regular where the chillies are cooked whole. Both versions are delicious.


Ingredients:
Birds Eye chillies, vinegar, sunflower oil, tamarind, ginger, garlic, sugar, spices, mustard, salt, curry leaves.
